For clients hoping to join us sooner, we offer an exclusive waitlist. This ensures you are the first to be contacted should a cancellation or schedule adjustment arise. Our waitlist is maintained with the same level of attention and discretion as our bookings, giving you the best opportunity to step into an earlier appointment when availability allows.

Deposit Policy

To thoughtfully reserve your appointment, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your place within our schedule and allows us to prepare your treatment with intention, care, and the level of detail synonymous with a true bridal skincare experience. Each appointment is planned meticulously, ensuring your time with us is not only held but honoured.

Terms & Conditions

All deposits are non-refundable. We understand that plans may shift, and should you need to amend your appointment, we are pleased to transfer your deposit with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to another client who may be waiting for their own bridal skin journey to begin.

Adjustments made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited, as the time has been specifically set aside for you.

No-show appointments are charged at 100% of the treatment cost, reflecting the bespoke preparation, expertise, and appointment time fully dedicated to your service.

Late Arrival

To ensure every bride receives an experience marked by calm, care, and true transformation, we ask that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Each treatment is designed with a precise flow and sequence to deliver the highest results; therefore, if you arrive late, your appointment will conclude at the originally scheduled time, and the full treatment fee will apply.

Our facialists work in a carefully choreographed rhythm throughout the day, providing uninterrupted time for each client’s moment of restoration. Extending one appointment would compromise the next — something we will never do, as every client deserves the same level of excellence, presence, and artistry.
